How much are the shipping costs?

Austria:
Shipping costs are €9.90 .
Shipping is free for orders of 2 or more umbrellas .

Spain:
Shipping costs are €19.90 .

All other European countries:
Shipping costs start at €24.90 .

Switzerland:
We currently do not ship to Switzerland via our online shop .

Which payment methods can I use?

You have the option to use the following payment methods:

  • prepayment
    (Goods will only be shipped after payment has been received)
  • PayPal
  • credit card
    (VISA / MasterCard)

Where can I view my shipment tracking information?

After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

If you have a customer account, you can also view the status of your order at any time in your customer account.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is typically between 3 and 6 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly cancel it for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@osiko.at .

Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the return and cancellation policy applies.

What can I do if my package doesn't arrive?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Should your order not arrive within the stated delivery time, please contact us at info@osiko.at , stating your order number and tracking number. We will then take care of further clarification with the shipping provider.

Can I return the item if I don't like it?

You can request a return via your customer account. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Are the umbrellas also suitable for Jucad?

We currently have a suitable adapter specifically for JuCad trolleys.

How long is the warranty period?

The statutory warranty period is 24 months from receipt of the goods.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects .

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt and report any obvious defects promptly so that we can find a solution quickly.
